Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of this website and our services.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
This website is operated by Om Sai Cargo Corporation, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India (GST 27AITPR1798P2ZV). By using the website — including the enquiry and quote forms and the shipment tracking page — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What this website provides
The website provides information about our services (part load, warehousing, distribution and our pan-India delivery network), lets you send enquiries and quote requests, and lets you check the status of consignments booked with us.
3. Shipment tracking
- Tracking status is sourced from our operations and from the systems of the logistics networks that carry your consignment. It is provided for convenience, on an “as available” basis.
- Status updates can lag the physical movement of cargo, and occasional network downtime on a partner’s side can make tracking temporarily unavailable.
- For an authoritative status, contact our booking desk — every part-load shipment is also covered by a daily MIS status report.
4. Quotes and bookings
- A quote request or enquiry submitted on this website is not a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed by our booking desk, and the final price, terms and schedule are those stated in the booking confirmation and the consignment note / lorry receipt (LR).
- Indicative information on the website (such as serviceability of a PIN code) is subject to confirmation at booking.
5. Carriage of goods
- All consignments are carried under the terms printed on the consignment note / LR issued at booking and under applicable Indian law, including the Carriage by Road Act, 2007 and rules thereunder.
- Unless expressly agreed in writing, cargo moves at owner’s risk. We do not provide cargo insurance; customers are responsible for insuring their own goods.
- Goods that are illegal, prohibited, or hazardous without proper declaration and documentation are not accepted for carriage.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate consignor, consignee, address, PIN code, weight, dimension and cargo-description details.
- Provide valid GST documentation and e-way bills where required by law (including for invoices of ₹50,000 and above).
- Use the website lawfully — do not attempt to probe, overload, scrape or interfere with the website or the tracking service.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, design, graphics and the Om Sai Cargo Corporation name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on tracking information displayed on it. Liability relating to the carriage of goods is governed by the consignment note / LR and applicable law, not by this website.
9. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhiwandi / Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
